Breaking Down Language Barriers in the Arts
Southeastern Minnesota Arts Council is proud to partner with Project FINE to offer free translation and grant-coaching services.
Project FINE is a Winona-based non-profit that has served refugees and immigrants in Winona County and the surrounding areas for over three decades. They are dedicated to helping newcomers integrate into the community, providing essential services such as foreign language interpretation, education opportunities, and empowerment initiatives.

For more information, call SEMAC at 507.281.4848 or email staff@semac.org. Non-English-speaking artists and artists with limited English can also contact Project FINE directly at 507.452.4100 to receive free translation and grant-coaching services.
